Accessibility Statement

Zikit is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

Conformance Status

Our goal is conformance with Israeli Standard IS 5568 (which incorporates WCAG 2.1 Level AA). At this time, Zikit is working toward full conformance— we have not yet completed an independent audit, and we are actively remediating known gaps (listed below). If you find a barrier, please tell us and we will fix it.

Measures in Place

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy.
  • Keyboard navigation through interactive elements.
  • Alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images marked with empty alt.
  • Form labels and inline error messages in the dashboard.
  • Responsive design across viewport sizes, with page zoom enabled up to 500%.
  • Right-to-left (RTL) Hebrew language support.
  • Dashboard includes a “Skip to main content” link.

Known Limitations

We have identified the following gaps and are working to remediate them:

  • The marketing homepage may lack a “Skip to main content” link (being added).
  • Some helper text on marketing pages may fall below the 4.5:1 contrast minimum (in review).
  • The hero product demo uses looping video; a visible pause control is being added.
  • An independent external audit has not yet been performed.

We welcome reports of any additional barriers.

If email is not an accessible channel for you, we can arrange an alternative contact method on request — please reach out by postal mail with your preferred means and we will respond.

If we cannot resolve the issue, you may file a complaint with the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at Israel’s Ministry of Justice.

Standards We Target

  • Israeli Standard IS 5568 (incorporating WCAG 2.1 Level AA).
  • Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
  • European Accessibility Act (EAA), for EU customers.
