Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan never asks for a card. You only enter payment details if you choose to upgrade to Pro or Business.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings > Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. No partial refunds for unused time.
Is there an annual discount?
Annual billing is coming. For now, monthly is the only option so you can test the product without committing long-term.
What happens if I hit my monthly check quota?
New monitors stop checking until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. Existing monitors that already completed their checks still send alerts. We warn you when you hit 70% and 90% of the quota.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes: 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan. If Zikit is not right for you, email support@zikit.ai and we refund in full.
Who processes payments?
Paddle is our merchant of record. They handle billing, tax, invoicing, and chargebacks. All local VAT and sales tax is calculated and collected automatically at checkout.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
